Flange type roller linear guide slider adopts roller rolling structure instead of ball structure. Equipped with integrated mounting flange on both sides, this series of linear guides features ultra-high rigidity, excellent heavy-load resistance and outstanding impact resistance. Compared with ball linear guides, roller linear guides provide larger contact area, lower deformation rate and more stable linear motion, which are specially designed for heavy-duty, high-precision and high-vibration industrial equipment.

Standard industrial specifications cover 25, 30, 35, 45, 55, 65 series. The integral flange structure with bilateral through mounting holes allows bottom and side dual installation methods, adapting to diversified equipment installation structures.
Thanks to cylindrical roller rolling design, the slider realizes four-direction equal load bearing (radial, reverse radial, lateral). It possesses extremely high dynamic and static load rating, bearing heavy pressure and mechanical impact effectively, suitable for long-term heavy-load continuous operation.
Available in three standard precision levels: Normal Grade (C), High Precision Grade (H), Ultra-Precision Grade (P). The straightness error is controlled within 0.03mm per 300mm for ultra-precision models, ensuring excellent repeated positioning accuracy.
Support optional light preload, medium preload and heavy preload. Different preload levels eliminate internal moving clearance, reduce vibration during high-speed reciprocating movement, and greatly improve equipment processing stability.

Clean the equipment mounting base thoroughly to remove oil stains, rust and impurities. Ensure the flatness and parallelism of the installation surface meet industrial standard requirements to avoid installation deviation affecting precision. Select matching guide rail series and preload grades according to equipment load weight, operating stroke and precision requirements.
Fix the linear guide rail on the equipment base first and fasten the screws preliminarily. Slide the flange roller slider onto the qualified installed guide rail. Utilize the reserved flange mounting holes on both sides of the slider to fix it on the moving platform. Tighten all fixing bolts in cross diagonal sequence evenly with standard torque to prevent local stress concentration and rail deformation.
Inject professional industrial lubricating grease or lubricating oil regularly according to operating frequency. Keep the rolling raceway and slider interior clean at all times to prevent foreign matter from entering and causing jamming or abrasion. Regularly check bolt tightness and operating precision to ensure stable long-term operation of the guide assembly.
